The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has today appointed NS Vishwanathan as the Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of Bharat (RBI). He is going to supervene upon incumbent H R Khan, whose tenure volition terminate on third July 2016. Prior to this, Vishwanathan was an Executive Director at the RBI as well as oversaw banking as well as non-banking rule departments. The RBI currently has 4 deputy governors. They are,
